Cancellation Policy
Exceptions
Custom enterprise workshops invoiced with explicit non-refundable clauses follow those signed statements even when general consumer cooling-off rights might otherwise apply to individuals.
If you downloaded proprietary lab bundles or joined live sessions beyond the cooling-off window, we may offset reasonable value received when calculating refunds.
Gift purchases follow the purchaser’s election unless Korean consumer rules for donees dictate otherwise; we document the outcome in email.
Process
Email contact@drivesurge.one with your cohort name, billing reference, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt and outline next steps within three business days.
Approved refunds return to the original card or bank path when technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternate channel with fraud checks.
Partial refunds, when applicable, appear as line items in the confirmation email so accounting teams can reconcile quickly.
Scope
This policy covers tuition-style transfers published on drivesurge.one for Circuit Harbor Academy programs. It does not cover third-party marketplace purchases unless explicitly stated on your receipt.
Add-on hardware sourced yourself is between you and the vendor; we list compatibility but do not mediate hardware returns.
Community donations or optional tips, if introduced later, would be described separately before collection.
Eligibility
Individual consumers in Korea generally have a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts unless an exception applies because digital content was unlocked immediately with prior consent.
If you explicitly waived the cooling-off period to access live labs on day one, we retain proof of that waiver tied to your account timestamp.
Corporate purchasers should verify internal procurement rules; our invoices note VAT treatment as applicable.
Contact
All cancellation correspondence should go to contact@drivesurge.one. Include alternate contacts if your employer manages billing.
If a dispute persists after refund processing, we encourage mediation before formal proceedings, without waiving any party’s legal rights.
We document lessons learned from cancellation reasons to improve scheduling transparency for future cohorts.
