User Agreement

Either you or Circuit Harbor Academy may end access to community spaces and coursework materials when the agreement is breached or when a cohort cycle completes, depending on the product you purchased.

We provide written notice where Korean consumer rules require it, and we describe any prorated access to downloads you already received. Termination does not erase obligations you accepted regarding intellectual property or confidentiality.

If you believe termination was issued in error, email contact@drivesurge.one with cohort identifiers and a concise timeline. We answer within ten business days with either reinstatement steps or a clear rationale.

Training explains common patterns seen in connected products; it is not a substitute for on-site engineering judgment, external review, or vendor-specific certifications.

To the extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Circuit Harbor Academy is not liable for indirect losses such as production downtime, lost goodwill, or speculative revenue tied to how you apply coursework.

Where mandatory law grants remedies, those remedies control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Workbooks, labs, recordings, and branded visuals remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to retain copies you downloaded while enrolled.

You keep ownership of your original code and diagrams created during exercises. Do not upload our materials to public repositories without written permission.

If you spot suspected infringement of our materials, notify contact@drivesurge.one with URLs and timestamps so we can respond proportionately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere.

Courts in Seoul, Korea, have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a mandatory consumer rule in your home jurisdiction requires a different venue for personal purchases.

We may update this agreement to reflect new services or regulatory guidance. Material changes receive a dated summary at the top of this page and, where required, direct email notice.

Circuit Harbor Academy offers cohort-based IoT engineering education, community discussion spaces, and optional enterprise workshops. Delivery may be remote, in-person in Seoul, or blended as described per offering.

We publish prerequisites, hardware expectations, and approximate hours so you can judge fit before paying. Community moderators help keep channels respectful; they are not legal advisors.

Support channels are listed in your welcome packet. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party tools used in labs (cloud consoles, chat platforms, or package registries).
